WHAT IS THE INSIGHT CONFERENCE?

We know that the foster and adoptive parenting journey can be difficult. There's no question you love your children, and want to do the best job you can in parenting them. But often you feel tired, overwhelmed, and lost when it comes to understanding their traumatic past and how to parent in a way that connects with them and builds lifelong trust.

That's where The Insight Conference comes in. We understand this struggle because we're parents just like you. Our goal with Insight is to provide personal access to world-renowned experts who can give you practical insight into your child's trauma and how it affects their life and behaviors. But it doesn't end there. We also want you to walk away from Insight with the tools to help you parent effectively, and thus, transform your parenting journey.

One of the keys to ensuring you have the opportunity to personally interact with our expert trainers, is limited space. There are only 192 general admission tickets, and 48 VIP tickets available for this event. Don't wait to register. Space is very limited and it will fill up fast!

F.A.Q.

We know you've got questions. We have answers! Check out our most Frequently Asked Questions. (Don't see your question answered? Email us at info@confessionsmail.com)

Who is this conference for?

Insight is for parents, therapists, pediatricians, educators, social workers, and case managers! Basically anyone who works with or cares for children with a trauma history will benefit from Insight.

Can participants get foster liscense credit, or CEUs for attending?

For foster care liscense credit you will want to consult with your particular agency. If you are a professional seeking CEUs, we are working on lining that up. Stay tuned.

Can I bring my kids with me to Insight?

While we love your children, Insight is a kid-free event. To help you stay distraction-free throughout the event, we're asking you to arrange childcare for your time at Insight.

What is the Coaching Corner?

Throughout the weekend we will have caring team members who will be available to talk if you need it. Just look for the sign that says "Coaching Corner Sign Up" during the conference.

When should I plan on arriving to the venue for the conference?

If you're attending the Friday afternoon Early Bird session, you will want to arrive between 12:30pm and 1:00pm. If you are attending the VIP Dinner you will want to arrive between 4:30 and 5pm. Be prepared for traffic in and around the northside of Indianapolis. The Friday night session begins at 7:30pm and doors will officially open at 6pm or check in.

What is the closest airport to Insight?

For air travel booking you will want to mark your destination into Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Rental car pick up is located in the parking garage across from the main terminal.

In terms of hotel accomodations, where should I book my stay?

Make sure you check out our Hotel List above and book as soon as possible. Westfield is a busy place all year long.
